Refund Policy

Southport Air B&B and Southport Holiday Rentals Ltd

Introduction

At Southport Air B&B Ltd and Southport Holiday Rentals Ltd, we strive to provide our guests with exceptional service and accommodation. We understand that changes or cancellations are sometimes necessary, and this policy sets out the terms clearly and fairly.

Agency arrangement

Where the booked property is Lakeview Apartment or Avondale Apartment, Southport Holidays Limited acts as an agent for Southport Air B&B Limited.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to bookings made with Southport Air B&B Ltd and Southport Holiday Rentals Ltd. It covers deposits, cancellations and refunds. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Deposits

Non-refundable deposits

Deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. This covers the administrative costs and potential loss of revenue associated with holding a reservation.

Exceptions

In certain circumstances, we may agree to refund a deposit. Any exception must be documented and agreed in writing by management.

Cancellations

Cancellation by the guest

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. The following terms apply:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in: full refund of payments made, excluding the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in: 50% refund of payments made, excluding the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: no refund.

Cancellation by Southport Air B&B Ltd or Southport Holiday Rentals Ltd

If we need to cancel a booking, we will provide a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. We will also make every effort to help the guest find alternative accommodation.

Refund process

To request a refund, contact our customer service team with your booking details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued using the original payment method.

Force majeure

In unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics or other emergencies, Southport Air B&B Ltd and Southport Holiday Rentals Ltd reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings. We will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Amendments

Southport Air B&B Ltd and Southport Holiday Rentals Ltd reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
