Southport Airbnb's Spectacular 2023 Journey: From Lakeview Debut to Avondale Triumph Southport Holidays!

In February 2023, our journey began as the doors of our inaugural Lakeview apartment swung open, unveiling a cozy 1-bedroom space designed to accommodate up to 5 guests. Little did we know that the months to come would be marked by unexpected success, surpassing our initial expectations.

May, June, and July brought a surge in visitors, creating a buzz around our Lakeview space. The response was so overwhelming that, by August, we were proud to introduce our second gem, The Avondale. This new addition boasted two double bedrooms with ensuites and a spacious living room, offering a heightened level of comfort and style.

The momentum continued, reaching a pinnacle in August and September when both apartments achieved an impressive 100% occupancy rate. This success set the stage for a thriving year, with bookings flowing seamlessly into 2024.

Our meticulously equipped kitchens became a highlight, especially during the festive season. Christmas guests reveled in crafting memorable dinners in a space designed to cater to their culinary needs.

Over the past 12 months, we've had the pleasure of hosting guests from various corners of the globe, including America, Greece, Israel, and across the UK. What's truly heartening is that some guests have returned for a second stay, a testament to the positive experiences they've had at Southport Airbnb.
